 JOB INTERVIEW DEFINITION Job interview  is an  interview  consisting of a conversation between a job applicant and a representative of an  employer  which is conducted to assess whether the applicant should be hired. Interviews are one of the most popularly used devices for employee selection. Interviews vary in the extent to which the questions are structured, from a totally  unstructured  and free-wheeling conversation to a  structured interview  in which an applicant is asked a predetermined list of questions in a specified order. STRUCTURE Structured interviews are a means of collecting data for a  statistical survey .   APPLICATION LETTER   Definition Application letter is a summary of your strongest and abilities that will be expanded in your resume or selection criteria. A letter of application typically provides detailed information on why are you are qualified for the job you are applying for. Introduction On January 3, 2022 my friends and I carried out an internship at PT. POLA DWIPA.  I made the prakerin with 3 friends, namely Bintang, Alexa, and Jasinta. Me and my friends did prakerin for 6 months. On the first day of the prakerin, my friends and I were guided beforehand by a company supervisor. His name is Mr. Ulfa.
